One of the things I love most about working with interior designers is stepping into a story that has already started to unfold. There is a space, a color palette, a point of view, and an understanding of how the room should feel. As the muralist, I get to enter that world and explore what I can bring to it through paint.

Grisaille is a classical European painting technique that creates depth using only shades of gray. I first fell in love with it while studying decorative painting in Versailles, and years later, I’m still captivated by the quiet magic of watching an image emerge through shadow, light, and value alone.

There are certain places that leave a lasting impression creatively, and for me, Uzbekistan was one of them.

There is something instinctively calming about looking up at the sky. It slows you down. It softens a room. It gives your mind somewhere to wander. That feeling is exactly why I love painting cloud murals.
